We just wanted to drop you a note to pass on our thanks properly.

As you know we were already working with an immigration agency when I contacted you. I had seen your posts on LinkedIn over a few months and had been impressed by the straightforward explanations and insightful commentary on all things NZ immigration.

• You provided an immediate response to queries raised by a potential employer about my visa circumstances and gave them the confidence to proceed with my application.  Without your support I'm not sure the application would have progressed.

• We never had to ask for an update; you were consistently on the front-foot with INZ, proactive with updates and responsive to our queries.

• You have managed to save us money by getting us straight to residency, without having to gain a temporary work visa initially - the only path laid out for us by the previous service.

• You achieved the result in the timeline needed for me to keep the job.

• You understood the importance of the application to us and treated it the urgency it needed.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and we are incredibly grateful for your help to secure our NZ dream.
